Résumé: .الملخص: إن نظرة سكان المغرب القديم كانت في كيفية التخلص من الاحتلال الروماني بعد استحواذه على الأرض وفرض قوانينه الاستبدادية عليهم، حيث تمثلت جل أعمالهم في القيام بعدة مقاومات منتشرة عبر مناطق بلاد المغرب القديم خاصة في نوميديا اعتمدت العمل العسكري لغرض التخلص من المحتل نهائياً، أشهرها مقاومة أرابيون ثم تلتها مقاومة تاكفاريناس، اللتان كانتا لهما صدى كبير في العالم القديم وحققتا نتائج إيجابية رغم عدم توازن القوى، إلا أنه في نهاية الأمر انتهت الأعمال المسلحة بالتبدد وباتت الأهداف مستحيلة في تحقيق النصر بعد فشل كل الثورات والمقاومات نظرا لأسباب شتى، أما عن حال القبائل التي قاومت ولم ترضخ فاعتمدت الابتعاد عن الهيمنة والسيطرة الرومانية في ظل النظام الجديد تجنباً للضرائب وتطويق حريتها، مستقرة بالجنوب والعيش على الحدود (الليمس) مفضلة مواصلة التمرد ومقارعة العدو حتى تم جلاءه عن بلاد المغرب القديم. Abstract: The view of the inhabitants of ancient Maghreb was how to get rid of the Roman occupation after its acquisition of the land and the imposition of its tyrannical laws on them, as most of their actions were to carry out several resistances spread across several regions of the ancient Maghreb, especially in Numidia, which adopted military action for the purpose of getting rid of the occupier once and for all, the most famous of which is The Arabion resistance and then the Tacfarinas resistance, which had great resonance in the ancient world and achieved positive results despite the imbalance of forces, but in the end the armed actions ended in dissipation and the goals became impossible to achieve victory after the failure of all revolutions and resistances due to various reasons. The tribes that resisted and did not acquiesce adopted a move away from Roman domination and control under the new system to avoid taxes and encircle their freedom. They settled in the south and lived on the border (the Limes), preferring to continue rebellion and fighting the enemy until it was expelled from the ancient Maghreb.
