الإحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى الاجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ماهي درجة الاحتراق النفسي عند اساتذة التعليم المتوسط ؟ وهل توجد فروق في درجة الاحتراق النفسي تعزى الى متغير الاقدمية و الجنس ؟ ولتحقيق أهداف الدّراسة اعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باستخدام مقياس ماسلاش كأداة لقياس درجة الاحتراق النفسي، تمّ تطبيقها على عينة قصدية مكونة من (50) استاذ و أستاذة يعملون بولاية قسنطينة ، بعد التأكد من الشروط السيكومترية (الصدق والثبات). وقد تمّ إستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية، المتوسطات الحسابية، التكرارات والنسب المئوية، اختبار كروكسال واليس و مان واتني . وقد توصلت الدّراسة إلى انه يظهر الاحتراق النفسي لدى الاساتذة بدرجة مرتفعة. كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في درجة الاحتراق النفسي تعزى إلى متغير (الأقدمية و الجنس) وقد قدم الباحثان بناء على هذه النتائج مجموعة من الاقتراحات والتوصيات. This study aimed at answering the following main question: What is the degree of psychological burnout among middle school teachers? Are there differences in the degree of psychological burnout due to the variables of seniority and gender? To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers adopted the analytical descriptive approach, using the Maslash scale as a tool to measure the degree of burnout, which was applied to an intentional sample consisting of (50) male and female professors working in the state of Constantine.After confirming the psychometric conditions (honesty and reliability). Statistical methods, arithmetic averages, frequencies and percentages, Croxall-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney were used. The study concluded that it shows the psychological burnout among teachers at a high degree. It was also found that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of psychological burnout due to the variable (seniority and gender). Based on these results, the researchers presented a set of suggestions and recommendations.
