بناء المعجم الرَّقمي العربي في ضوء اللِّسانيَّات الحاسوبيَّة Building The Arabic Digital Dictionary In The Light Of Computational Linguistics

Résumé: ملخص: يشهد عالم اليوم ثورة رقميَّة دراماتيكية مذهلة في تكنولُوجيا المعلومات، وأمام العربية اليوم تحدٍ كبير يكمُن في كيفيَّة استيعاب هذا التَّطوُّر وتمثُّل تقنياتِه؛ بغية تحقيق نهضة رقميَّة تتيح للعربية اللَّحاق بالرَّكب الحضاري ولعب دور فعال في الرُّقي به، ولن يتسنَّى لها- اللُّغة العربية- ذلك إلاَّ إذا استطاعت الاندماج في مجتمع المعرفة الرَّقميَّة. ونتيجة لتلاقح الأفكار وتبادل الخبرات فقد شهد الدَّرس اللِّساني العربي محاولات جادَّة للتَّطوُّر من زوايا نظر هندسية- حاسوبية، انبثقت عنها فيما بعد ما يُسمَّى" لسانيات المنصات" التي تتكأ أساسًا على تقنيات المعاجم الرَّقمية؛ محاولةً بذلك إيجاد توصيف للموارد اللِّسانيَّة المختلفة توصيفًا صوريًّا يمتلك كل مقوِّمات التَّفاعل مع المنصَّات الحاسوبيَّة. بناءً عليه، سنحاول في هذا البحث الوُقوف على الدَّور الرِّيادي الذي تلعبه اللِّسانيات الحاسوبية- باعتبارها حقلا خصبا- في بناء وتحديث المعاجم الرقمية- الآليَّة/ الحاسوبية- العربية، وأهم الجهود التي بُذلت في سبيل إعداد معجم رقمي عربي يُلبي حاجات المتعلمين. Abstract Today's world is witnessing an amazing, dramatic digital revolution in information technology, and Arabic today faces a great challenge that about how to accommodate this development and representing itself in his technologies. In order to achieve a digital renaissance that allows Arabic to catch up with the civilization rode and play an effective role in promoting it, and the Arabic language will not be able to do so unless it is able to integrate into the digital knowledge society, and As a result of the cross-fertilization of ideas and the exchange of experiences,the Arabic linguistic lesson witnessed a serious attempts to develop from engineering-computer Viewing angles, subsequently was emerged from it what is called "linguistics of platforms" that rely mainly on the techniques of digital dictionaries. In an attempt to find a characterization of the different linguistic resources, a formal characterization that possesses all the elements of interaction with the computer platforms. Accordingly, in this research, we will try to stand on the pioneering role that computational linguistics plays - as a fertile field - in building and updating digital/Automatic/computer/ Arabic dictionaries , and the most important efforts that have been made in order to prepare an Arabic digital dictionary that achieves the needs of learners.
