دور الأنظمة الإلكترونية في تطوير العمل القضائي

Résumé: ملخص: تتمحور هذه الدراسة على مدى إمكانية مزج الدقة التي تتصف فيها الأعمال القضائية سواء كانت شكلية أو موضوعية مع وسائل التكنلوجيا، وما تتصف به الأخيرة من نسبية، إذ يروم الباحث تحديد المساحة الأكبر اشتراكاً بينهما؛ بهدف الاستفادة من التقنيات التي تقدمها وسائل التكنلوجيا، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج والتوصيات لعل أهمها: ضرورة تشريع قانون خاص ينظم الأجراءات القضائية وفق وسائل التكنلوجيا. كلمات مفتاحية: التقاضي، وسائل التكنلوجيا، المرافعات، التقاضي الإلكتروني، التقاضي التقليدي. Abstract: This Study Focuses on the Possibility of Mixing the Precision that Characterizes Judicial Actions, Whether Formal or Objective, With the Means of Technology, and the Relative Character of the Latter, as the Researcher Intends to Determine the Largest Area of Participation Between them; With the aim of Benefiting From the Techniques Provided By the Means of Technology, this Study has Reached Many Conclusions and Recommendations, Perhaps the Most important of Which are: the Need to Legislate a Special Law that Regulates Judicial Procedures According to the Means of Technology.
