التسويق الداخلي ومدى مساهمته في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي - دراسة ميدانية في مديرية البيئة بالجلفة-

Résumé: جاءت ورقتنا البحثية للتأكد من مدى ممارسة مديرية البيئة بالجلفة لإجراءات التسويق الداخلي من جهة ومدى مساهمة هذا الأخير في تحقيق وتعزيز الرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين وكان من أهم النتائج أن أبعاد التسويق الداخلي التمكين و التحفيز متوفر بدرجة متوسطة ، أما ممارسات التدريب والاتصال متوفرة بدرجة منخفضة، وبالنسبة للرضا الوظيفي فكان بدرجة متوسطة .كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إعادة النظر في مستوى الأجور ونوعية الحوافز المقدمة بشك يضمن رضا وولاء العمال والحفاظ عليهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: التسويق الداخلي، الرضا الوظيفي، التمكين، التدريب، التحفيز، الاتصال. تصنيف JEL: XN1، XN2 Abstract: Our research paper came to ascertain the extent to which the Environment Directorate in Djelfa practiced internal marketing procedures on the one hand, and the extent of the latter's contribution to achieving and enhancing job satisfaction among employees. One of the most important results was that the dimensions of internal marketing, empowerment and motivation, are available in a medium degree, while training and communication practices are available in a low degree, and for job satisfaction it was in a medium degree. The study also recommended the need to reconsider the level of wages and the quality of incentives provided in a way that guarantees the satisfaction and loyalty of workers and their preservation.
