Balanced Scorecard As A Tool For Evaluating The Performance Of Postal Institutions In Algeria: A Case Study Of Relizane’s Post Office As A Model

Résumé: This research paper examines the role of the balanced scorecard as a performance assessing tool at the Relizane Post Office. The analysis uses data analyzed through the SPSS model to determine how the balanced scorecard contributes to fostering institutional performance. The balanced scorecard puts the focus on four key dimensions: financial performance, customer satisfaction, internal operations, and learning and growth. It promotes equilibrium between financial and non-financial objectives. The study highlights that the implementation of the balanced scorecard effectively evaluates and improves the performance of the RelizanePost Office. Additionally, it highlights a strong positive relationship between financial performance and the effectiveness of internal operations, which ultimately enhances customer satisfaction and overall institutional performance. This underscores the importance of developing both financial and administrative aspects to achieve exceptional institutional performance. Thus, enhancing the application of the balanced scorecard, providing necessary resources, and improving decision-making efficiency can significantly contribute to achieving the institution's strategic objectives.
