Résumé: تشهد السوق الوطنية الجزائرية العديد من الممارسات غير المشروعة ، وبعض أساليب الغش والإحتكار في مجال السلع والخدمات والمنتجات سواءا من قبل التجار وبعض الأعوان الإقتصادين ، ويكون المستهلك الضحية الأول، فحاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية رصد كافة هذه الصور والممارسات غير المشروعة ، و مدى تطبيق النصوص القانونية والتشريعية لضمان شفافية التجارة على أرض الواقع من قبل المتعاملين الإقتصادين ، وكذا دور السلطات الإدارية في الجزائر في مواجهة هذا الوضع ، وماهي الإجراءات والعقوبات الإدارية التي نص عليها القانون لحماية المستهلك من الغش على الصعيد الإداري. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأجهزة الإدارية- الممارسات غير المشروعة- المنافسة- - الإجراءات- العقوبات.
