Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم الاتفاقيات الدولية والاقليمية لحقوق الانسان التي تحدثت عن حقوق الطفل، من منطلق ما أفرزه الواقع المعاش للطفولة، لهذا جاء هذا العمل لكي يعرض أو يقدم بشكل كرونولوجي أو ترتيبي أهم ما تحدثت عنه هذه المواثيق. الكلمات المفتاحية: ABSTRACT: We aim from this article to highlight on the most important international and regional conventions concerning the human rights which talked about the children's rights.so this work is aimed to present with chronological way and exhibit what have been mentioned in these conventions.
