أثر الاستثمار في رأس مال الفكري في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية – دراسة ميدانية بشركة موبيليس وكالة الوادي

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لدى المؤسسة الاقتصادية بأبعاده الثلاثة لدى شركة موبيليس وكالة الوادي، حيث تم جمع المعلومات بواسطة استمارة استبيان تم تقديمها إلى عينة عشوائية من 47 عامل. وبعد التحليل باستخدام برنامج (SPSS.25). توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تهتم بشكل مهم بالاستثمار في رأس مالها الفكري بأبعاده المختلفة، كما توصلت إلى وجود علاقة أثر ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري والميزة التنافسية بالمؤسسة. Abstract: This study aims to know the effect of investing in intellectual capital in achieving the competitive advantage of the economic enterprise - Mobilis enterprise agency of Eloued - in its three dimensions. The information was collected by means of a questionnaire that was submitted to a random sample of 47 workers. After the analysis using (SPSS.25) software. The study concluded that the enterprise under study is interested in investing in its intellectual capital in its various dimensions. It also concluded that there is a statistically significant impact relationship between investment in human capital and the institution’s competitive advantage.
