الجــزائر في ظــل إقتصاد المعرفة "رؤية تشخيصية"

Résumé: تناقش هذه الورقة البحثية أحد أهم المواضيع المعاصرة ألاّ وهو موضوع " اقتصاد المعرفة في الجزائر"، وذلك من خلال تقديم عرض تشخيصي لأهم التحديات التي تواجهها هذه الأخيرة في ظل اقتصاد المعرفة، حيث تتكون هذه الورقة البحثية من محورين أساسيين، تطرق المحور الأول إلى الإطار النظري لاقتصاد المعرفة من حيث: المفهوم، الخصائص، الأهمية، أما المحور الثاني فتناول اندماج الجزائر في اقتصاد المعرفة من خلال التركيز على مجموعة من العناصر أهمها أهمية اندماج الجزائر في اقتصاد المعرفة والمعوقات التي تواجهها في هذا الخصوص، بالإضافة إلى إبراز أهم السبل والآليات التي تسمح لها بالاندماج في اقتصاد المعرفة. كما تضمنت الورقة البحثية عددا من التوصيات. This paper discusses research and one of the most important contemporary themes is the theme of "knowledge economy in Algeria", through the offer of a diagnostic of the most important challenges facing the latter under the knowledge economy, where the present paper is composed of research essential axs, the first axis to the conceptual framework of the knowledge economy in terms of: concept, characteristics, important, the second axis addressed the integration of Algeria in the knowledge economy through the focus on a set of elements, the most important of which is the importance of the integration of Algeria in the knowledge economy and the constraints faced in this regard, as well as to highlight the most important ways and mechanisms that allow it to be incorporated in the knowledge economy.
