دور الزكاة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية The Role Of Zakat In Achieving Economic And Social Development

Résumé: تعتبر الزكاة موردا تمويليا إضافة لكونها عبادة، فهي من أهم العبادات ذات الطابع المالي الخالص، ومن هنا يأتي دورها المزدوج كعبادة وأداة تنموية يقدمها الاقتصاد الإسلامي علاجًا لما تعانيه المجتمعات الإنسانية من اختلال في توزيع الثروة والدخل، وبيان مدى تغيب هذه الأداة التمويلية المنتظمة وافرة الحصيلة التي لا يوجد لها مثيل في أي من الاقتصاديات الوضعية عن واقع المسلمين، وفعالية مساهمتها في حل جميع المشاكل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي نعاني منها، إذا استخدمنا هذا النظام بطريقة صحيحة موافقة للشريعة الإسلامية، فالزكاة هي عماد السياسة المالية في الإسلام، جاءت لتحارب الاكتناز وتشجع الاستثمار وتحارب الفقر من خلال إيجاد مشاريع إنتاجية للتشغيل وتوفير الحاجات الأساسية. وكذلك فإن الزكاة لها مساهمتها في عملية التنمية من خلال توفير المناخ الاستثماري الملائم وتمويل مشاريع البنية التحتية التي تعتبر الأرضية اللازمة لأي عملية تنمية اقتصادية. In addition, Zakat and its contribution to the development process by creating a favorable climate for investment and financing of infrastructure projects that are considered as ground for any economic development.
