Résumé: ملخص: يسعى الإنسان دائما إلى محاولة معرفة مدى تحقيقه للأهداف، وهل تمكن من تحقيقها ، وما هي الأهداف التي لم يتمكن من تحقيقها بشكل جيد، ويبحث عن الطرق التي تمكن من تحسين أدائه ، في محاولة دائمة منه لتشخيص وتحليل وفهم أكثر للمعيقات التي تحول دون ذلك ، لذلك نستخدم ما يسمى بالتقويم الذي ارتبط بشكل كبير بالتعليم والتعلم الذي من خلاله أمكننا التعرف على مدى تحقيق أهداف العملية التعليمية بشكل واضح عبر عملية تقويمية قياسية فعالة لما تحصل عليه الطلاب من أرصدة فكرية وثقافية ومعرفية ومهارية ، فالتقويم و ما يتطلبه من أدوات و إستعدادات و طرق يعتبر عملية هادفة، لذا حاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تقديم صورة عنه من منظور معايير الجودة المعتمدة في العملية التعليمية.
