إدارة الموارد البشرية بالمكتبات الجامعية : مكتبة جامعة باجي مختار- عنابة نموذجا"

Résumé: إذا كانت المكتبات الجامعية تعتبر حجر الزاوية في النهوض بالتعليم العالي و البحث العلمي في الجامعات، فإن حجر الزاوية في النهوض بالمكتبات الجامعية هو المكتبي. و لهذا الغرض قمنا بدراسة ميدانية موسومة بـــــــــ: "إدارة الموارد البشرية بالمكتبات الجامعية: مكتبة جامعة باجي مختار- عنابة نموذجا" واخترنا مكتبة جامعة باجي مختار عنابة كمجال للبحث مستخدمين المقابلة كأداة لجمع المعلومات الهدف منها التعرف على الوضع الأكاديمي لموظفي المكتبة الجامعية، متبعين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي لتشخيص الوضعية المهنية لهؤلاء الموظفين وكذلك التعرف على مهام إدارة الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسات الوثائقية الجامعية. توصلت نتائج الدراسة موضوع البحث أن 45,87 % من موظفي المكتبة موضوع الدراسة حاصلين على شهادة جامعية في التدرج،و 80,73% من المكتبيين غير متخصصين في علم المكتبات و عدم توفر المكتبة الجامعية على إدارة مستقلة تهتم بشؤون موظفيها. كلمات مفتاحية: الموارد البشرية؛إدارة الموارد البشرية؛المكتبي،الوضع الأكاديمي،المكتبة الجامعية؛جامعة باجي مختار ؛عنابة؛الجزائر؛دراسة ميدانية If university libraries are the cornerstone of the development of higher education and scientific research while the cornerstone of the development of the university library is the Librarian. For this purpose, an interview survey on 'The Management of Human Resources in The University Libraries: Case of the Library of UBMA' was carried out, and this, to know the academic training of the officials of the said library, the diagnosis of the professional situation of the latter as well as the missions of the structure responsible for the management of Human Resources in academic documentary institutions. Research results showed that 45.87 per cent of the research library staff had a university degree in graduation the majority of the librarian staff, 80.73% do not specialize in Library and finally the library does not have a stand-alone structure to take care of the affairs of its staff.
