الحماية القانونية للمصنفات الرقمية

Résumé: ملخص: يتميز الانسان عن غيره من المخلوقات بإبداعه وابتكاره، معيار الرقي والتطور يعتمد على الإبداع الفكري عاكسا عصارة جهده، فتدخل القانون لكفالة حماية الملكية الفكرية وحمايتها من كل اعتداء معنوي أو مادي، سواء تعلق الأمر في البيئة التقليدية أو البيئة الرقمية. سنسلط الضوء من خلال الورقة البحثية دراسة مدى التكريس للحماية الفعلية للمصنفات الرقمية على وجه التحديد، خاصة مع الانتشار الواسع لاستخدام التكنولوجيا المعمول بها في نظم معلوماتية جديدة. Abstract: Man is distinguished from other creatures by his creativity and innovation. The standard of progress and development depends on intellectual creativity, reflecting the juice of its effort. So the law intervenes to ensure intellectual protection from every physical or moral attack, whether in the traditional environment or the digital environment. Through the research paper, we highlight the extent to which actual legal is devoted to digital works in particular, especially with the widespread use of technology used in new information systems.
