Résumé: عقب نهاية الحرب الباردة أصبح الحديث صعبا عن معادلة كلا من الأمن والقوة ضمن الاستراتيجيات الدولية ، ويرجع ذلك إلى أساسا إلى مجموعة من التغيرات والتحولات الدولية الجديدة التي أثرت على الاستقرار الدولي ، خاصة وان الشكل الذي أخذته تلك التهديدات الأمنية خرج عن المفهوم التقليدي الضيق للأمن ليتوسع إلى مجالات جديدة انعكست أثارها السلبية بشكل غير متوقع ،والجزائر على غرار تلك الوحدات الدولية عرفت عدم الاستقرار وللأمن لمدة تجاوزت عشرية كاملة تحملت من خلالها تكلفة مكافحة الإرهاب بمفردها ،وتشكلت عندها تلك العقيدة الأمنية التي كان لها الدور الكبير في إحداث مقاربة أمنية متميزة أهلتها لتأمين بيئتها الداخلية وإقليمها الجغرافي ،بل تعداه إلى تلك الفضاءات الجيوسياسية القريبة منها والبعيدة ، وبعد تحقيقها لأمنها القومي الداخلي هي الآن تسعى إلى تصدير مقاربتها مغاربيا وإفريقيا وحتى دوليا. لذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة لتناقش السؤال الجوهري التالي : كيف ساهمت العقيدة الأمنية الجزائرية من خلال استراتيجياتها على استيعاب تلك التهديدات الأمنية الجديدة الفوق قومية ،وما هي أهم التحديات التي واجهتها في ذلك؟. After the end of the Cold War, it became difficult to equate both security and force within international strategies, due to a series of changes and new international changes that affected international stability.Especially since the form taken by these security threats came out of the traditional narrow concept of security to expand into new areas reflected negative effects unexpectedly and Algeria, similar to those international units known instability for a period of ten full tenazet through which the cost of combating terrorism aloneAnd then formed the security doctrine, which had a major role in the establishment of a security approach distinguished to ensure its internal structure and geographical area, but beyond to those geopolitical areas close and far and after the achievement of national security internal is now seeking to export its approach to Western and African and internationally
