دور هندسة التكوين في ممارسة التقويم البديل لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الفروق بين آراء المعلمين حول هندسة التكوين ودورها في ممارسة التقويم البديل، لدى عينة عشوائية تتكون من (293) أستاذا وأستاذة بولاية مستغانم خلال الموسم الدراسي 2018/2019، وبإتباع المنهج الوصفي وباستخدام استمارة لقياس الممارسات التقويمية لدى أساتذة المدرسة الابتدائية من إعداد الباحثين. أسفرت الدراسة الميدانية عن وجود فروق في آراء الأساتذة لممارسة التقويم البديل تعزى لمتغير الاستفادة من التكوين، ولمتغير الأقدمية، كما لا توجد فروق في آراء الأساتذة لممارسة التقويم البديل تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. The current study aims to reveal the differences between the opinions of teachers about the engineering of training and its role in the practice of alternative evaluation, with a random sample consisting of (293) professors in the wilaya of Mostaganem during the 2018/2019 academic season, by following the descriptive approach and by measure evaluative practices among elementary school teachers Prepared by the researchers. The field study revealed differences in the teachers’ opinions to practice the alternative evaluation due to the benefiting from training variable and to the seniority variable, as there are no differences in the professors’ opinions to the practice of alternative evaluation due to the scientific qualification variable.
