اثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية على التميز التنظيمي دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير المسؤولية الاجتماعية على التميز التنظيمي من خلال دراسة ميدانية في المديرية العملياتية لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر ورقلة ، إعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي و استخدامنا كل من الإستبيان و المقابلة كأدوات لجمع المعلومات، ، تم توزيع60 استبيان على الموظفين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، و قد تم تحليل النتائج بالإعتماد على برنامج SPSS بالإضافة الى مجموعة من الأدوات والأساليب الإحصائية. توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها: 1-تلتزم المؤسسة بتطبيق ابعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية بمستوى مرتفع ؛ 2- يوجد مستوى مرتفع من التميز التنظيمي لدى الموظفين الإداريين لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر ورقلة؛ 3-هناك علاقة طردية متوسطة بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية والتميز التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة؛ 4-هناك تأثير إيجابي لتطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية على التميز التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. We adopted the descriptive method using the questionnaire and the interview as tools to collect the information The 60 questionnaires were distributed to the emplayees in the corpration under study and the results were analyzed depending on" spss "statistical padlage for the social scieres " program in addition to a set of statistical tools and méthods. The study concluded sevoral results, the most important are : _1 the corporation is committed to apply social responsibility to a high level. _2 there is a high level of organizational excellence money the administrative staff of Algeria Telecom corporation. _3 there is a positive relationship between social responsibility and organizationel excellence in the corporation under study. _4 There is a positive effect of applying social responsibility on organisational excellence in thecorporation under syudy.
