The Significance Of Local Archives As Cultural Heritage In Documenting The History Of Algiers During The Ottoman Era.اهمية الأرشيف المحلي كموروث حضاري في كتابة تاريخ مدينة الجزائر في الفترة العثمانية

Résumé: The Ottoman archive documents of all kinds related to the city of Algiers and currently located in Algeria have acquired special importance as a cultural heritage and constitute the primary source for writing the history of this period. They provide the historian with the original source material for studying the history of the city of Algiers, according to what the scientific method requires and the objective view demands. The importance of these documents has been confirmed by the fact that the Ottoman era in Algeria was generally characterized by a scarcity of manuscripts and a rich local archival stock. This archival stock largely covers the period extending from the end of the seventeenth century to the beginning of the nineteenth century. Thus, the archive documents became the primary raw material for recording the history of Algeria over a period of three centuries. The importance of these documents also lies in the topics they address in their diverse social and economic fields, etc. ان وثائق الأرشيف العثماني بكل أنواعها والمتعلقة بمدينة الجزائر والموجودة حاليا بالجزائر، قد اكتسبت أهمية خاصة لكونها موروث حضاري و تشكل المصدر الأساسي لكتابة تاريخ هذه الفترة، فهي تقدم للمؤرخ المادة المصدرية الاصيلة لدراسة تاريخ مدينة الجزائر ، وهذا حسب ما يتطلبه المنهج العلمي، وتفتضيه النظرة الموضوعية , وقد تأكدت أهمية هذه الوثائق من كون العهد العثماني بالجزائر كان يتميز عموما بقلة المخطوطات و غنى الرصيد الارشيفي المحلي ، و هذا الرصيد الارشيفي يغطي بنسبة كبيرة الفترة الممتدة من نهاية القرن السابع عشر الى و أوائل القرن التاسع عشر ، و بالتالي أصبحت وثائق الأرشيف المادة الأولية الأولى لتدوين تاريخ الجزائر في فترة ثلاثة قرون من الزمن ، وتكمن اهمية هذه الوثائق أيضا في الموضوعات التي تعالجها بتنوع مجالاتها الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية ....الخ .
