مظاهر الحركة التعليمية الحرة بمنطقة تبسة 1913- 1954 م

Résumé: الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على المجهودات الجبارة التي بُذلت في منطقة تبسة في إطار الحركة الإصلاحية في جانبها التعليمي، حيث شارك فيها جميع من آمن بعملية التغيير الإيجابي، ولم يكن العمل الإصلاحي نتاج فرد بعينه أو مجموعة أو جمعية بذاتها، إنما هو مجهودات شارك في القيام بها أشخاص كثيرون، ظهرت قدراتهم ومساهماتهم المتعددة في بلورة العمل الجماعي فمنهم من ساهم ماديا، ومنهم من كان مُنَظرا وداعيا للعمل ومنفذا له. إن مجهودات عباس بن حمانة، والحاج محمد بكير بن إبراهيم في تأسيس أول مدرسة بمدينة تبسة "الهداية"، ساهم في إشراك النخبة المثقفة لممارسة التعليم والإصلاح، لذا تولى التعليم بعض الشباب من بينهم محمود أرسلان، وكانت لهم قدرات كبيرة بفضل الثقة التي زرعها فيهم قادة الإصلاح، برهنوا في الأخير على أن لديهم من الإمكانات ما أهلهم للتعليم والتوجيه والإرشاد. The aim of the present study is to identify the immense efforts that have been made in Tebessa region within the reformist movement framework in its educational aspect; where participants were those who believed in the process of positive change. However, reforming was not the product of a particular individual, group or association, but rather the efforts of many people which showcased their multiple abilities and contributions to the development of collective action. Therefore, some of them contributed materially, and others worked as theorists, promotors and work executors. It is worthy of note that Abbas Ben Hammana and ‘El-haj’ Mohamed Bakkir Ben Ibrahim ‘s efforts in establishing the first school in Tebessa city ‘El-hidaya’ have remarkably contributed to the involvement of the educated elites in the practice of education and reform. Consequently, some of the young individuals were responsible about education including Mahmoud Arslan. These people had great potentials thanks to the trust that was embedded by reform leaders. Finally, they proved that they possessed the capabilities, which enabled them to teach and guide.
