دور التحول الرقمي في تعزيز جودة التعليم العالي

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز دور التحول الرقمي في تعزيز جودة التعليم العالي، لهذا أصبح تبني مفهوم التحول الرقمي كاستراتيجية يلعب دورًا مهمًا في جودة مخرجاتها و في تنمية الأفراد الجيدين والمبدعين، وبالتالي يكون وسيلة قوية لبناء مجتمع قائم على المعرفة، وتعد المؤسسات الأكاديمية الأكثر حاجة نحو التحول الرقمي، لتستطيع مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية مع مختلف كافة عملياتها وخدماتها المقدمة، وهذا من شانه أن يدفع مؤسساتنا الأكاديمية بالمنطقة العربية إلى الاهتمام الكبير لهذا التوجه الاستراتيجي إلهام للارتقاء وتحسين جودة العملية التعليمية، وتم استعمال منهجين الوصفي و التحليلي المناسبين لمثل هذه الدراسة. Abstract : This research paper aims to highlight the role of digital transformation in Strengthen the quality of higher education. Therefore, adopting the concept of digital transformation as a strategy plays an important role in the quality of its outputs and in the development of good and creative individuals, and thus it is a powerful way to build a society based on knowledge, and academic institutions are the most in need Towards digital transformation, in order to be able to keep pace with technological developments with all its various operations and services provided, and this would prompt our academic institutions in the Arab region to pay great attention to this strategic direction as an inspiration for upgrading and improving the quality of the educational process. Two appropriate descriptive and analytical approaches were used for such a study.
