قياس أثر الإعلان عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على الصورة المدركة للعلامة التجارية دراسة حالة العلامة Ooredoo

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الإعلان عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي على الصورة المدركة للعلامة التجارية Ooredoo ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الباحثة بتوزيع استبيان إلكتروني على عينة من متعاملي أوريدو المنتمين لصحفتها على Facebook بلغ حجمها 60 مفردة بغية اختبار فرضيات الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية 0.05 لإدراك الزبون الجزائري لصورة العلامة Ooredoo عبر موقع التواصل الاجتماعي Facebook تعزى لخصائصهم الديمغرافية ، بالإضافة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية 0.05 لإعلانات العلامة Ooredoo عبر Facebook على صورتها المدركة لدى الزبون الجزائري. This study aimed to measure the impact of advertising on social networks on the perceived image of the brand Ooredoo. To achieve this goal, the researcher distributed an electronic questionnaire to a sample of 60 Ooredoo customers belonging to her Facebook newspaper, in order to test the hypotheses of the study, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05 for the Algerian customer's perception of the Ooredoo brand's image on the social networking site Facebook, due to their demographic characteristics, in addition to the presence of a statistically significant effect at a significant level of 0.05 for the Ooredoo advertisements via Facebook on its perceived image with the Algerian customer.
