ضغوط العمل وأثرها على أداء العاملين

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثار ضغوط العمل على أداء العاملين والإطلاع على أسبابها ومصادرها، وقد قمنا بهذه الدراسة بديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري بالجزائر، واستخدمنا المسح الشامل واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي والإستمارة كأداة في البحث وتوصلنا إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن ضغوط العمل باختلافها تؤثر سلبا في أداء العاملين لعملهم وهذا ما ينعكس سلبا على مردوديتهم وسلوكاتهم وينقص من دافعيتهم، وينعكس على المؤسسة ككل. this study aims to know the effects of work stress on employee performance and to know its causes and sources. We carried out this study at the OPGI in Algiers, and we used exhaustiveness and we relied on the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as the main tool in our research, and we found that work pressures of different types adversely affect workers' performance, which negatively reflects on their performance and behavior, and reduces their motivation and reflects on the organization as a whole.
