Résumé: الملخص. إن الحاجة الى تحقيق الأمن وجد مع وجود الانسان، غير أن هرم إشباعها يختلف تبعا لمحددات عدة ، فمنها ما يحققه الفرد بنفسه من خلال تفاعلاته، ومنها ما يتحقق عن طريق الأبنية الأخرى للبناء الاجتماعي الكلي. في هذا المجال، من بين الأنظمة التي تعمل على تحقيق الأمن الانساني، النظام التربوي، مستخدما في سبيل ذلك العديد من الآليات والميكانيزمات، من بينها التشريع المدرسي الذي يحكم ديناميكية تفاعلات كل الفاعلين في المجال التربوي. بناء على ذلك، سيقوم هذا المقال بالبحث عن أبعاد الأمن الإنساني في التشريع المدرسي، وبالتحديد في القانون التوجيهي للتربية الوطنية رقم 04-08 لسنة 2008.مركزا على بعدين أساسيين هما: الأمن الفردي والأمن المجتمعي.Abstract: The need to achieve security is found with the presence of man, but the pyramid of saturation varies according to several determinants, some of which is achieved by the individual himself through his interactions, including what is achieved through the other buildings of the total social construction.
