دور القطب الجزائي الوطني لمكافحة الجرائم المتصلة بتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال في مواجهة الاعتداءات الواقعة على المعطيات المعلوماتية

Résumé: ملخص: إن الاستعمال غير المشروع للمعلوماتية كشف عن ظهور أنماط جديدة من الإجرام، ناجمة عن الاعتداءات الواقعة على أنظمة المعالجة الآلية للمعطيات، وهو ما فرض على المشرع التدخل من خلال استحداث جملة من النصوص الموضوعية والإجرائية ذات الصلة، وتدعيما لهذه الجهود فقد تم إنشاء ما يسمى بالقطب الجزائي الوطني لمكافحة الجرائم المتصلة بتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال، وهو الهدف الذي تسعى إليه الدراسة الحالية من خلال تسليط الضوء على دور هذا القطب في مواجهة الاعتداءات الواقعة على المعطيات المعلوماتية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى الإجابة على الإشكالية وإبراز أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها في مجال دراسة الموضوع، Abstract: The illegal use of informatics data revealed the emergence of new patterns of criminality, resulting from attacks on automated data processing systems, which forced the legislator to intervene through the creation a number of substantive and procedural texts related to,In support of these efforts, the so-called national penal pole has been established to combat crimes related to information, which is the purpose of this study. The study concluded by answering the problem and highlighting the most important results reached in the field of study of the subject.
