دور مجتمع المعرفة في تحسين أداء الجامعة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس دراسة حالة: معهد العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف-ميلة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور مجتمع المعرفة في تحسين الأداء بمعهد العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف-ميلة، من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وللوصول إلى الأهداف المنطوية تحت موضوع الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها صمم استبيان وجه لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالمعهد واسترجع منها (69) استبانة صالحة للتحليل بالاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي (Spss.V22). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أنه يوجد دور ايجابي لمجتمع المعرفة بأبعاده الثلاثة والمتمثلة في إنتاج المعرفة، نشر المعرفة، وتوظيفها في تحسين أداء المعهد محل الدراسة عند مستوى معنوية (0.05)، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير المناخ الملائم لأعضاء هيئة التدريس وذلك لتحسين مستويات الأداء. Abstract: The study aimed to indentify the role of the knowledge society in improving the performance of the institute of economic and commercial at the university center Abdelhafid Bousof-Mila, from the point of view of the faculty members. To reach the objectives of the study and test its hypotheses, a questionnaire was designed for the faculty members of the institute, and (69) valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis based on the statistical program (SPSS. V22). The study reached several results, the most important of which is that there is a positive role for the knowledge society in its three dimensions, represented in the production of knowledge, the dissemination of knowledge, and its use in improving the performance of the institute at a level of significance (0.05). The study recommended the necessity of providing the appropriate atmosphere for faculty members to increase their performance levels.
