Résumé: يعتبر الإصلاح الدستوري من المداخل الأساسية التي من شانها تحقيق الإصلاح السياسي في العديد من الدول ، خاصة بعد أن أثبتت تجارب التحول الديمقراطي أهمية الدساتير في بناء الصرح المؤسساتي للدولة أو مدخلا لتعاقد سياسي واجتماعي جديد، وتعد تونس من بين هذه الدول حيث شهدت ديناميات اجتماعية وسياسية ودستورية مند عقود من الزمن، إلا إن الهندسة الدستورية لما بعد ثورة يناير تقتضى منا التعرف على مختلف السياقات والرهانات الجديدة التي تمت من خلالها صياغة الدستور الجديد، وكذا التعرف على مختلف مضامينها، وخاصة تلك المتعلقة بإعادة التوازن بين السلطات ووضع قطيعة مع النظام الدستوري السابق ذي الطبيعة السلطوية.

those relating to the rebalancing of powers and put a break with the former Constitutional system whith its authoritarianism nature.
