علاقة النيابة العامة بمصلحة الحالة المدنية

Résumé: اِرتـبـاط النيابة العامة بمصلحة الحالة المدنية مُــرتبط بحماية النظام العام والآداب العامة والسهر على تطبيق القانون لذا يـهدف موضوع الدراسة إلى إزالـة الـلُــبــس الذي يُـمـكـن أن يـعـترِي نظام الحالة المدنية ومعرفة واقعه وآفـاقه، كما كشفـت ورقتنا البحثية دراسة قانونية للعلاقة التي تربط جهاز النيابة العامة بمصلحة الحالة المدنية مع التطرق إلى موقف قانون الحالة المدنية من تنظيم هذه العلاقة. واِنتهت الدراسة إلى تحديد سلطة النيابة العامة في تصحيح وثائق الحالة المدنية مع تبيان كل من إجراءات التصحيح العادي والإلكتروني لسجلات الحالة المدنية والذي يتم تحت إشراف الفضاء. The connection of the Public Prosecution with the Civil Status Authority is linked to the protection of public order and public morals and ensuring the implementation of the law. Therefore, the subject of the study aims to remove the confusion that can affect the civil status system and to know its reality and prospects, Addressing the position of the Civil Status Law in regulating this relationship. The study ended with defining the authority of the Public Prosecution Office in correcting civil status documents, with an indication of both the regular and electronic correction procedures for civil status records, which are carried out under the supervision of the space.
