الوزير الأول في النظام الدستوري الجزائري - دراسة على ضوء التعديل الدستوري لعام 2016

Résumé: تطرح مكانة الوزير الاول الجزائري استناد الى التعديل الدستوري 2016 تساؤلات عدة، تتعلق بعلاقته مع سلطة التعيين وهو رئيس الجمهورية، كما تتعلق بالتوازن بين صلاحياته ومسؤولياته المنصوص عليها في التعديل الدستوري. وفي هذا السياق جاء هذا المقال لأجل البحث في مكانة وصلاحيات الوزير الاول الجزائري، والمسؤولية التي يتحملها في ظل النظام الدستوري الجزائري وهذا بعد التعديل الاخير للدستور سنة 2016. Abstract: The Algerian Prime Minister, based on the constitutional amendment 2016, raises several questions concerning his relationship with the appointing authority, the President of the Republic, as well as the balance between his powers and responsibilities stipulated in the constitutional amendment. In this context, this article is intended to examine the status and powers of the Algerian Prime Minister and the responsibility he bears under the Algerian constitutional regime and this after the last amendment of the Constitution in 2016
