الالتزام بضمان سلامة المواد الغذائية المصنعة بتقنية النانو

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على أحدث التقنيات في القرن الحادي والعشرون التي استخدمت مؤخرا في مختلف المجالات وعلى رأسها صناعة الأغذية ولما لهذه الأخيرة من تأثير مباشر على صحة المستهلك وسلامته، كما سيتم التطرق إلى عرض مختلف أوجه الالتزام بضمان سلامة المواد الغذائية المصنعة بتقنية النانو أثناء عرضها للاستهلاك البشري، حيث سيتم معالجة هذا الموضوع من خلال تحليل مضمون النصوص القانونية التي تضمن سلامة وصحة المستهلك في التشريع الجزائري، وتبيان صعوبة إثبات الآثار المترتبة على استعمال هذه التكنولوجيا في صناعة المواد الغذائية. Abstract: This study aims to caver on the modern technology in the twenty first century which was used recently in different fields and above all food industry. The latter had straight influence on the consumer Health and Safety. It also studies the different engagments obligation the ensure the Safety of food production which were made by the technohogy of NANO during exposition of human consumption.It will treat this subject from analysing the content of legal texts which ensure Safety and Health of the consumer in Algeria legislation. and prove difficulties of effects coming and from the utility this technology in making the food production.
