التدخل العسكري الروسي في أوكرانيا: الدوافع، الأسباب والسيناريوهات Russian Military Intervention In Ukraine: Motive, Reasons And Scenarios.

Résumé: تشكّل الحرب الروسية-الأوكرانية اليوم الحدث البارز والأهم على المستوى الإقليمي والعالمي، لما لها من تداعيّات كثيرة وعلى مختلف الأصعدة، فهي تمثّل أزمة دوليّة حادّة يصعب التنبؤ بالمسار الذي ستنتهي إليه، ولقد جاءت دراستنا هذه ليس للبحث في شرعيّة روسيا في الدفاع عن مصالحها من خلال تدخلها العسكري في أوكرانيا في 24 فيفري 2022 والذي يتنافى وميثاق هيئة الأمم المتحدة، ولا البحث في انتهاك روسيا لقواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني بناء على الاتفاقيّات الدوليّة، إنّما هدفت دراستنا هذه إلى معرفة دوافع، أسباب وسيناريوهات التدخل العسكري الروسي في أوكرانيا. توصلت الدراسة في الأخير إلى أن ّعالمنا اليوم يعيش حالة استقطاب دولي جديد ومحاولة لظهور مؤثرين جدد في السّاحة الدوليّة: الصّين، روسيا وأقطاب إقليمية أخرى، لعلّها تحل محل القطب الأمريكي-الأوروبّي أو تنافسه. Today, the Russian-Ukrainian war is the most prominent and important event at the regional and global levels, because of its many repercussions and at various levels. In Ukraine on February 24, 2022, which is contrary to the Charter of the United Nations, nor to research Russia’s violation of the rules of international humanitarian law based on international agreements. Rather, our study aimed to know the motives, causes and scenarios of the Russian military intervention in Ukraine. The study finally concluded that our world today is experiencing a state of new international polarization and an attempt for new influencers to emerge in the international arena: China, Russia and other regional poles, perhaps to replace or compete with the American-European pole.
