مدى تأثير تكنولوجيا المعلومات على تحسين جودة الخدمة البنكية دراسة حالة بنك الخليج وكالة بسكرة

Résumé: الملخص: يهدف موضوع دراستنا إلى تبيان اثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات على جودة الخدمة البنكية، ويظهر هذا الأثر من خلال تغيير شكل وكيفية تقديم الخدمات البنكية من شكلها التقليدي والذي يستلزم الاتصال المباشر مابين العميل والبنك، إلى الشكل الالكتروني الذي يساعد على تقليل التكلفة ووقت تقديم الخدمة و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت استبانة و قد وزعت على عينة بلغ حجمها (30) فرد، واسترجعت بالكامل وهي صالحة لأغراض البحث . حيث استخدم في تحليل البيانات عدة أساليب احصائية تضمنت المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف،معامل الارتباط...الخ. و توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود دور لنكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين جودة الخدمة البنكية ببنك الخليج وكالة بسكرة عند مستوى دلالة 0.05. Abstract: The purpose of our study is to show the impact of the use of information technology on the quality of banking service, and this effect is shown by changing the form and how to provide banking services from the traditional form, which requires direct contact between the customer and the bank, to the electronic format that helps reduce the cost and time of service. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used and was distributed to a sample of (30) individuals. In the analysis of data, several statistical methods were used including arithmetic mean, deviation, correlation coefficient, etc. The study reached several results, the most important of which was the role of information technology in improving the quality of banking service at Gulf Bank in Biskra at a level of 0.05.0
