إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمؤسسة كمدخل لتجسيد التغيير: المبادئ والمتطلبات

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه المقالة إلى تسليط الضوء على مدخل مهم من مداخل التغيير التنظيمي تعتمد عليه المؤسسات للوصول إلى تحقيق ميزة تنافسية والذي يتجلى في مدخل إدارة الجودة الشاملة، والذي سوف نعمل من خلال هذه المقالة على إبراز مفهومه ومراحله التاريخية، وكذا أهم الخصائص المميزة له والمبادئ التي يعتمد عليها، وأهم متطلبات التوجه نحوه. إن من أهم ما توصلنا إليه أن إدارة الجودة الشاملة هي فلسفة إدارية حديثة تقوم على إحداث تغييرات في جوانب عديدة، وهي تقوم على مجموعة من المبادئ وتتأسس بجملة من المتطلبات.
