دور ثقافة المؤسسة في الرفع من إنتاجية العاملين لدى الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات دراسة حالة شركة Halliburtonحاسي مسعود ورقلة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور ثقافة المؤسسة في الرفع من إنتاجية العاملين لدى الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات،حيث تم تصميم استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة قدرة بـــــ 60 عاملاً من شركة هاليبرتون حاسي مسعود–ورقلة- وللحصول على البيانات اللازمة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، لمعالجة هذه البيانات اعتمدنا على برنامج SPSS V.25 ، مع تشخيص واقع الشركات العالمية البترولية في قطاع المحروقات بالجزائر من خلال زيادة نشاطها وتوجداها عبر مختلف مراحل الإنتاج وكذلك زيادة حجم استثماراتها المالية في هذا القطاع. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ثقافة قوية و إنتاجية مرتفعة داخل الشركة كما توجد علاقة قوية بين عناصر ثقافة المؤسسة وإنتاجية العاملين، و كذلك توصلنا لمساهمة فعالية للشركات الأجنبية في تنمية القطاع بالجزائر. The study aims at knowing the role of the enterprise culture in raising the productivity of the workers of multinational companies , for such a questionnaire was designed and andministered to a sample of 60 workers from Halliburton Hassi Masoud - Ouargla – Therefore for the sake of obtaining the necessary data we used the descriptive analytical approach, to analyze the data we adopted On the SPSS V.25 program, Besides diagnosing the reality of international oil companies in the hydrocarbons sector in Algeria through increasing their activity and their presence throughout the various stages of production as well as increasing the size of their financial investments in the mentioned sector. As a result the study found that there is a strong cultural affect and high productivity within the company , in addition to a strong relationship between the elements of the enterprise culture and the productivity of its employees, more so we also reached that there is great contribution of these foreign companies in developing this sector in Algeria.
