Résumé: This study aimed to determine the effect of Empowering Employees on the Knowledge Management Applications in the SonatrachEntreprise Hassi Messaoud.We have been using thequestionnaire tool, then Processing by statistical program SPSS version 20 To analyze this phenomenon.Which the research sample included 415 workers with different grades. The study concluded that there is a strong correlation between Empowering Employees and Knowledge Management Applications in the SonatrachEntreprise Hassi Messaoud. It's also there are many common factors between this two variables such as they are focus on human resources. The highest correlation between the dimensions of Empowerment Employees to Knowledge Management Applications came from the training dimension, followed by stimulus and appreciation, effective communication, organizational learning, a delegation of authority and participation in decision-making. In addition, the reality of the implementation of Knowledge Management and the Empowerment Of Employees in the institution was existing, at an acceptable level but it isn’t sufficient and needs more attention by the institution
