لاجئ المناخ : نحو تعريف موحد له

Résumé: لاجئو المناخ، مفهوم ظهر في النقاشات السياسية قبل بداية القرن الواحد والعشرون، عددهم كبير في الواقع وفي تزايد مستمر سنويا، ورغم ذلك غير معترف بهم في القانون الدولي لعدم وجود إطار قانوني خاص بهم وهذا راجع لغياب تعريف موحد متفق عليه لهم. فهناك تعاريف عديدة ومختلفة للاجئ المناخ نتيجة الصعوبات المعيارية التي تحيط به ونتيجة اختلاف نظرة الفقهاء له. Climate refugees, a concept that emerged in political debates before the beginning of the 21st century, whose numbers are in fact large and growing every year, However, they are not recognized in international law because they do not have a legal framework, this is due to the absence of an agreed standard definition for them. There are many different definitions of climate refugees as a result of the normative difficulties surrounding this concept and as a result of the difference of view of the jurists to him.
