الدمج المدرسي للأطفال الحاملين للزرع القوقعي واقع وتطلعات

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى مقاربة الصعوبات التي يواجهها التلميذ الأصم المستفيد من الزرع القوقعي والمدمج في مدارس السامعين، وتحديد مظاهرها قصد الوقوف على الاستراتيجيات والأساليب العلاجية التي من شأنها أن تزيد من مستوى التحصيل الأكاديمي لديه. من أجل ذلك، تم انتقاء عينة من ستة أطفال صم متمدرسين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 10 و 15 سنة، واتبعنا المنهج الوصفي وطبقنا اختبار لتقييم اللغة الشفهية، وتوصلنا لوجود علاقة بين مظاهر تدهور اللغة الشفهية ومستوى صعوبات التحصيل الأكاديمي. وعليه جاءت المقترحات لتؤكد على ضرورة تخصيص أقسام لهذه الفئة وتسطير برامج علاجية تتماشى و طبيعة احتياجاتهم المعرفية واللغوية والأكاديمية Abstract: The current study aims at addressing the difficulties faced by the deaf student who is benefiting from the cochlear implant and who is integrated in the hearing schools, and defining their manifestations in order to identify strategies and therapeutic methods that will increase the level of academic achievement. For that, we selected a sample of six deaf children aged between 10 and 15 years old. We followed the descriptive approach and tested oral language. We found a relationship between the manifestations of oral language deterioration and the level of academic achievement difficulties. Therefore, the proposals came to emphasize the need to allocate sections for this category and underline the remedial programs in line with the nature of their cognitive, linguistic and academic needs.
