أثر إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الأسبقيات التنافسية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى بيان أثر مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الأسبقيات التنافسية في مؤسستي بلاستي أنابيب وروائح الورود بالمنطقة الصناعية كوينين ولاية الوادي، كذلك مدى تبنيهما لمبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة والأسبقيات التنافسية بالإضافة الى معرفة تأثير كل مبدأ على حدى من مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الأسبقيات التنافسية، وللوصول الى أهداف الدراسة قام الطلبة بتصميم استبانة شملت (62) عبارة وذلك لجمع المعلومات الأولية من عينة الدراسة، وفي ضوء ذلك جرى جمع البيانات وتحليلها واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (33) مفردة وتم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية لتحليل البيانات حيث تم التوصل الى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أن المؤسسات محل الدراسة تلتزم بدرجة مرتفعة بمبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة وبمستوى تبني مرتفع للأسبقيات التنافسية، وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة والاسبقيات التنافسية، وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الأسبقيات التنافسية وكذلك عدم وجود فروقات ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين إجابات أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير المؤسسة.The study aimed to statement of the effect of principles total quality management in a achieving competitive priorities in institutions plastianabib and perfumes wouroud in the industrial zone kouinine state of eloued.as well as the extent of adoption principle total quality management and competitive priorities well known the effect of each principles total quality management in a achieving competitive priorities, and to reach the objectives of the study the students designed a questionnaire includes(62) frase in order to gather preliminary information of the study sample, in light of that data were collected and analysis and hypothesis testing using statistical package for social sciences(SPSS).The study was adopted on a random sample consisting of(33) single was used a group of styles statistics for data analysis were it was reached to a number of results the most important: the institutions under study highly committed of principles total quality management with a high adopting level for the competitive priorities, a link relationship escists strong statistically significant between principles total quality management and competitive priorities, having a trace statistically significant of principles total quality management in a achieving competitive priorities and also lack of differences statistically significant at a level of significance(0.05) between respondents responses according to the institution variable
