قياس جودة خدمات التعليم العالي باستخدام مقياس Hedperf و أثرها على رضا الطلبة: دراسة ميدانية بجامعة طاهري محمد-بشار- الجزائر.

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى اختبار إمكانية قياس جودة الخدمة التعليمية و إمكانية تأثيرها على رضا طلبة جامعة طاهري محمد -بشار- الجزائر باستخدام مقياس HEdPERF ( أداء التعليم العالي)، و ذلك باستخدام قائمة استقصاء موجهة لمجتمع الدراسة و المتمثل في 202 طالب، حيث تم التحقق من صدق و ثبات المقياس المستخدم من خلال برنامج SPSS، و من بين النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها في هذه الدراسة إمكانية قياس جودة الخدمة التعليمية حسب مقياس HEdPERF في الجامعة محل الدراسة و لكن بعد تهيئته مع البيئة المحيطة، كما بينت النتائج أن جودة الخدمة التعليمية تؤثر على رضا الطلاب، و في ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها تم صياغة مجموعة من التوصيات التي بإمكانها أن تسهم في تحسين جودة الخدمة التعليمية في جامعة طاهري محمد-بشار- الجزائر. The current study aims to test the possibility of measuring the quality of Educational Service and the possibility of its impact on the satisfaction of students of Tahri Mohamed University-Bechar - Algeria using HEdPERF scale, (Higher education performance), using a survey List directed to the study community of 202 students, where the validity and stability of the measure used through the SPSS program, Among the results reached in this study is the possibility of measuring the quality of Educational Service according to the HEdPERF scale at the University in question, But after adapting it to the surrounding environment, The results also showed that the quality of Educational Service affects the satisfaction of students, and in light of the findings, a set of recommendations was formulated that can contribute to improving the quality of Educational Service at the University of Tahri Mohamed-Bechar - Algeria.
