Résumé: الملخص: الانتقال من الحق في الحياة الخاصة في صورتها التقليدية إلى الحق في الخصوصية الرقمية حمل في طياته عدة آثار انعكست سلبا على حياة الأفراد وحرياتهم الأساسية وذلك من خلال ظهور عدة مخاطر تهدد خصوصيتهم الرقمية، وهذه الأخيرة عديدة ومتنوعة نذكر منها: المخاطر الناتجة عن الخطأ في المعلومات، مخاطر الفيروس على الكومبيوتر، مخاطر القرصنة على الكومبيوتر، وسنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التعرض لمفهوم هذه المخاطر في إطار الخصوصية الرقمية والآليات التي وضعها المشرع الجزائري للحد منها. Summary: The transition from the right to private life in its traditional form to the right to digital privacy carries with it several effects that negatively impacted on the lives of individuals and their basic freedoms, through the purification of several risks to their digital privacy, and these risks are many and varied, including: the risks resulting from the error in information, The dangers of virus on the computer, the dangers of piracy on the computer, so we will try through this research paper to expose the concept of these risks in the context of digital privacy and the mechanisms set by the Algerian legislator to reduce them.
