دور الوكالات السياحية في تسويق الخدمات السياحية في الجزائر الديوان الوطني للسياحة كنموذج

Résumé: تعتبر الوكالات السياحية من أهم العوامل التي تساعد على نجاح صناعة السياحة في أي بلد، حيث تعتبر مكانا لبرمجة وتنظيم وترتيب رحلات السائحين إلى المناطق الجاذبة سياحيا، وتقديم خدمات شاملة، وتسويق البرامج السياحية. والهدف من هذه الدراسة هو دراسة واقع القطاع السياحي في الجزائر، ودور الوكالات السياحية باعتبارها أحد الفاعلين في القطاع السياحي في التسويق للخدمات السياحية في الجزائر. وتوصلنا إلى أن الخدمة السياحية تقوم على صورة متكاملة وليس على جزء محدد، أي أن لكل جزء من القطاعات السياحية الحكومية أو الخاصة كالوكالات السياحية دور في عملية التسويق السياحي. وتتكامل هذه الأدوار لتستطيع الوصول إلى صورة رائعة ومنافسة للخدمات السياحية. The role of travel agencies in marketing of tourism services in Algeria National Tourism Office as a model Travel agencies are considered one of the most important factors that help the success of the tourism industry in any country, as they are considered a place for programming, organizing and arranging tourist trips to tourist attractions, providing comprehensive services, and marketing tourism programs. The aim of this study is to study the reality of the tourism sector in Algeria, and the role of tourism agencies as one of the actors in the tourism sector in marketing tourism services in Algeria. We concluded that the tourism service is based on an integrated picture and not on a specific part, meaning that every part of the governmental or private tourism sectors, such as travel agencies, has a role in the tourism marketing process. These roles are integrated to enable you to reach a wonderful and competitive picture for tourism services.
