Résumé: The study aimed to know the impact of the quality of hotel services on customer satisfaction at Bin Ali Petroleum Hotel, in order to reach a better understanding of the extent to which the quality of services provided by the hotel affects customer satisfaction. To achieve this goal, our study relied on two hypotheses, centered on customers’ evaluation of the quality of hotel services. And the dimensions that they attach importance to in their evaluation of the quality of these services, which affect their satisfaction. The study population was represented by the customers of the Bin Ali Petroleum Hotel, where 51 questionnaires were distributed to the customers of this hotel, and we concluded that all members of the sample do not feel satisfied with the level of quality of the services that they provide. Provided by Bin Ali Petroleum Hotel, and based on the results reached, a set of recommendations were presented.
