مفهوم البرنامج التربوي الفردي لدى العاملين بالمراكز النفسية البيداغوجية

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مفهوم البرنامج التربوي الفردي لدى العاملين بالمراكز النفسية البيداغوجية. تمثلت عينة الدراسة في الفريق التربوي بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية بمدينة جامعة، وعدده (30) بين مختص ومربي ومعلم. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي حيث تم إعداد استبيان لجمع البيانات مكون من (15) بندا. تبين من خلال النتائج أن الفريق التربوي ليس لديه مفهوم واضح للبرنامج التربوي الفردي بنسبة مرتفعة وأن معلوماته كانت بحسب ما يمليه واقع العمل التربوي مع الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي. Abstract The study aimed to reveal the concept of the individual educational program among employees of psychological and pedagogical centers. The study sample represented the educational team at the Psycho-Pedagogical Center for Children with Intellectual Disabilities in a Djamaa city, numbering (30) including a specialist, an educator, and a teacher. The study adopted the descriptive approach, where a questionnaire was prepared to collect data consisting of (15) items. The results showed that the educational team did not have a clear concept of the individual educational program at a high rate, and that its information was according to what was dictated by the reality of educational work with children with mental disabilities in the psychological pedagogical center.
