نظام الأرشفة الإلكترونية (sae): قراءة تحليلية في المصطلح والمفهوم The Electronic Archiving System: An Analytical Study Of The Term And Concept

Résumé: ملخص: جاءت هذه الدراسة في سياق ملاحظة التغيرات الحاصلة في مفاهيم وإصطلاحات علم الأرشيف المعاصرة، وقد تناولنا مفهوم نظام الأرشفة الإلكترونية Electronic Archiving Systems "SAE" كونه نظام يستند لمجموعة من الإجراءات والمعايير والقوانيين والتكنلوجيات الحديثة ليتم تنفيذه في الإدارات المركزية، يحتاج هذا المدلول للدراسة على مستوى المصطلح والمفهوم. حيث حاولنا طرح المفاهيم التي يتقاطع معها مفهوم نظام الأرشفة الإلكترونية وتحديد الفروق بينه وبين مفاهيم نظم معلوماتية أخرى. إن هدف هذه الدراسة هو المزيد من التدقيق النظري لمصطلحات معاصرة يتم توظيفها في مجال البحث العربي، لكشف إختلافها الدلالي والمفهومي. وقد إستخدم المنهج الوصفي بعد جمع المعلومات وتحليل مشكلات المصطلح والمفهوم. لتنتهي هذه الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج والملاحظات أهمها التفريق بين المفاهيم المتقاربة الخاصة بنظم المعلوامات الإلكترونية وتحيين المكانز والقواميس المتخصصة لمصطلحات الحديثة لعلم الأرشيف. :Abstract This study took note of the changes in contemporary archival concepts and combinations, and addressed the concept of electronic archival systems as a system based on a range of modern procedures, standards, laws and technologies to be implemented in central administrations. We tried to present the concepts with which the concept of an electronic archive system intersects and to determine the differences between it and those of other information systems. The aim of this study is to increase the theoretical scrutiny of contemporary terms used in Arab research, to reveal their semantic and conceptual differences. The descriptive approach was used after gathering information and analysing the problems of term and concept. This study concludes with a number findings and observations, the most important of which is the distinction between the convergent concepts of the systems of electronic information and the updating of specialized thesauri and dictionaries of modern archival terminology.
