دور الوكيل المتصرف القضائي في التسوية القضائية في القانون الجزائري

Résumé: الوكيل المتصرف القضائي هو شخص من أشخاص التسوية القضائية ، فبمجرد صدور الحكم بالتسوية القضائية يباشر مهامه ، ويصبح ممثلا للمدين وجماعة الدائنين على السواء، ويبرز دوره في التسوية القضائية في حصر أموال المدين كالجرد و رفع ووضع الأختام ،و الأعمال اللازمة للمحافظة على أموال المدين كالإجراءات التحفظية المناسبة وتحقيق الديون ،بالإضافة إلى تحويل التسوية القضائية إلى تفليسة بناءا على طلبه . The judicial agent is a person of judicial settlement. Once the judgment is rendered, he or she shall assume his or her functions. He or she shall become a representative of both the debtor and the group of creditors. His or her role in judicial settlement shall be highlighted in accounting for the debtor's property, such as inventory, lifting and sealing, and the work necessary to preserve the debtor's property, such as the appropriate provisional measures and debts in addition to turning the judicial settlement into a bankruptcy based on his request.
