Résumé: ملخص: لصيد المرجان أهمية كبيرة في المجال الاقتصادي كأحد العوامل الرئيسة التي من شانها ضمان التنمية المستدامة وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي على المستوى الوطني. ولقد قمنا بانجاز هذه الورقة البحثية لدراسة النصوص القانونية المتعلقة باستغلال المرجان من خلال التركيز على عقد امتياز صيد المرجان، الذي يسمح لمهني الصيد البحري من ممارسة هذا النشاط الذي يتطلب مجموعة من الشروط جاء بها المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 15-231 الذي يحدد شروط وكيفيات ممارسة صيد المرجان، وهو ما استوجب دراسة هذه الشروط التي وضعها المشرع الجزائري بهدف إعطاء دفعة قوية لممارسة نشاط صيد المرجان، في إطار من الشفافية والمساواة في منح عقود الامتياز. Abstract: Coral fishing is of great importance in the economic sphere as a key factor in ensuring sustainable development and food security at the national level. We have completed this paper to examine the legal provisions on coral exploitation by focusing on the coral fishing concession contract that allows fishing professionals to engage in this activity, which requires a set of conditions set out in executive Decree No. 15-231, which sets out the conditions and qualifications for the practice of coral fishing This necessitated an examination of these conditions established by the Algerian legislature with a view to Give a strong boost to coral fishing activity within a framework of transparency and equality In awarding concession contracts.
