واقع اللغة العربية في ضوء منهاج الجيل الثاني

Résumé: عرَفت المدرسة الجزائرية العديد من الإصلاحات التربوية التي تابعت مسارها في التعليم الابتدائي من سنة 2003 إلى يومنا هذا، ومن الأمور المسلَّم بها أن المناهج المدرسية تتِّصف بالديمومة فإن أصحاب الخبرة في الميدان يسعون إلى إضافة ما يرونه ملائما لخدمة المدرسة الجزائرية وفق الإصلاحات الجديدة والمتمثلة–حاليا-في منهاج الجيل الثاني مُضَمَّنة للعديد من التعديلات التي تسمح بتحسين العملية التعليمية وتعزيز اللغة العربية، والتي يهدف تدريسها أساسا إلى إكساب المتعلم أداة التواصل اليومي باعتبارها كفاءة عَرَضية كلغة تدريس ووسيلة لامتلاك المعارف وقاعدة لبناء كفاءة التواصل، والتحكم فيها هو المحور الأساسي لإرساء الموارد المطلوبة لتنمية كفاءات المواد الأساسية، التي تمكِّن المتعلمين من التواصل مشافهة وكتابة في مختلف الوضعيات؛ من هنا ومن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية نسعى إلى الوقوف على ماهية إصلاح الجيل الثاني، وواقع اللغة العربية مسلِّطين الضوء على التواصل الشفهي في ضوء منهاج الجيل الثاني. The Algerian school has known many educational reforms, that have followed its course in primary education from 2003 to the present day; school curricula are known to be sustainable, therefore, the experienced people in the field are seeking to add what they see appropriate to serve the Algerian school in accordance with the new reforms, which embodied in the second generation curriculum which contains many modifications that improve the learning process and enhance the Arabic language, whose teaching is mainly aimed at providing the learner the tool of daily communication as a transverse efficiency as a teaching language and a means of acquiring knowledge and a base for building the efficiency of communication and control is the main focuce for the estabishment of the resources required to develop the competencies of basic materials that enable learners to communicate and write in indifferent situations; from here, and through this paper, we seek to find out what is the reform of the second generation, and the reality of the Arabic language, highlighting the light communication in the light of second generation curriculum
