دور السلطة التشريعية خلال حالة الطوارئ الصحية في الجزائر

Résumé: لقد واجهت المؤسسات الدستورية ظروفا غير عادية نادرة الحدوث ومنها ما وقع في ظل جائحة فيروس كورونا كوفيد 19، ومن اجل مواجهة ظروف استثنائية غير العادية سواء على سير المؤسسات الدستورية أو الالتزام باحترام حقوق والحريات العامة في البلد، فلقد أصدرت السلطة التنفيذية مرسوم 20-69، يعلن فيه عن حالة الطوارئ الصحية وكيفية مواجهة، وكان ذلك في ظل تواجد البرلمان صاحب الاختصاص في إعلان حالة الطوارئ.
