المنظمة بين تنمية الموارد البشرية وإدارة الوقت Organization Between Human Resources Development And Time Management

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى البحث في انعكاسات تنمية الموارد البشرية على إدارة الوقت في المنظمة من خلال ربط أثر تطبيق آليات تنمية الموارد البشرية إلى وجود من عدمه لمضيعات الوقت ، وللتحقق من ذلك أجرينا دراسة ميدانية على عيّنة من موظفي جامعة محمد خيضر بسكرة ، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة وجود أثر واضح لتنمية الموارد البشرية على إدارة الوقت في المنظمة. :Abstract The study aims to research the implications of human resources development on time management in the organization by linking the impact of the application of human resources development mechanisms to the existence or not of time wastes, and to verify this we conducted a field study on a sample of employees of Mohamed Kheider University in Biskra , and one of the most important findings of the study is the existence .of a clear impact of human resources development on time management in the organization
