Résumé: لقد أولت المقاربة التداولية الاهتمام بدراسة اللغة في استعمالها التواصلي من خلال الخطابات والنصوص للكشف عن المعاني المقصودة التي تتضمنها ، و الوظيفة التي تؤديها بالنظر إلى السياق الذي يؤطرها ، و العلاقات التي تتحكم فيها الناشئة بين أطراف الخطاب . و من هذا المنطلق تحاول هذه المداخلة التعريج على مبحث من أهم مباحث التداولية ألا و هو مبحث مبادئ التخاطب ( قواعد التخاطب) نظرا لأهميته في التواصل اللغوي المتداول بين الناس في الحياة اليومية ، و تبحث عن تجلياته في التراث البلاغي و الأدبي العربي من خلال كتاب البيان و التبيين للجاحظ . لذا برز التساؤل الآتي: - ماهي ملامح و تجليات مبادئ (قواعد) التخاطب في كتاب البيان و التبيين للجاحظ ؟ Abstract : The pragmatics approach has paid attention to the study of language in its communicative use through speeches and texts to reveal the intended meanings it contains, the function it performs in view of the context it frames, and the relationships it controls arising between the parties to the discourse. From this standpoint, this intervention attempts to shed light on one of the most important pragmatics topics, which is the topic of the principles of communication (the rules of communication) due to its importance in linguistic communication circulating between people in daily life, and looking for its manifestations in the rhetorical and literary heritage through the book of the statement And the identification . So the following question arose: - What are the features and manifestations of the principles (rules) of conversationalism in the book of the statement and the identification?
