فعل القتل عند الأحداث في الجزائر دراسة إحصائية لفعل القتل من سنة 2000 إلى 2009

Résumé: The subject of the present study is defined by the following problematic which is “homicide perpetrated by minors” based on analytic study of 10 years to 1999 until 2009, as standard base period. Indeed, we notice that the phenomenon is rising speedily and therefore we have to detect real factors responsible for its provocation and to analyze the sociological and educational bases that turn a minor into a killer. This analysis was based on the following questions: - Quels sont les facteurs latents qui incitent cette catégorie à commettre le crime ? - What are the different forms of homicides perpetrated by minors in Algeria and what is its extent? - What are the sociological and educational bases of minor's killers? - What are the latent factors that incite this category to commit the crime? To that end, we think right to carry out monographic research on homicide phenomenon in Algeria. That’s why; we have asked 32 courts to give us the statistics about the homicides committed by teenagers during the period in question, than we brought out the involvement of 582 minors in homicide including 170 premeditation killings and 184 murders. In the same content, we notice that 41 minor girls are implicated in homicide and represent 8.11% of this crime. From this study, we observe that black decade negatively affected the society notably the growth of homicide cases amongst minors and particularly those aged between 14 and 16 years, on which the presentation will focus on.
